Registration for Letecká 100 and 55:

Registration for Letecká 100 will be open from 8:00 PM on November 24, 2025, until 11:59 PM on February 15, 2026. To register, please use the registration form (link below). Before registering, please read the entire text of this section.

Registration for Letecká 55 will be open from 6:00 PM on December 9, 2025, until 11:59 PM on February 15, 2026. To register, please use the registration form (link below). Before registering, please read the entire text of this section.

Important Notices:

Participation in the Letecká 100 event requires a minimum age of 18 (i.e., only a person who has turned 18 by the day before the race start date may participate in the Letecká stovka 2027 event).

A person who has turned 18 by the day before the start may compete in the Letecká 55 event.

Participation is also permitted for individuals aged 17, subject to the following conditions:

A participant under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian during check-in.

The legal guardian must sign a declaration of assumption of responsibility on-site. Participants will not be allowed to start without submitting this declaration.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the registration form are mandatory. Please enter your full first name and surname with diacritics (do not use nicknames, abbreviations, etc.). You must provide your full date of birth, including the day and month. Otherwise, it will not be possible to submit your result to the Slovak Ultratrail League or ITRA.

The organizer reserves the right to modify the conditions for participation in the event.

Entry fee and payment:
1. The entry fee for a single participant is €90 for the Letecká 100 and €60 for the Letecká 55.

2. Registered participants will be informed about the payment method via an email sent to the address provided in the registration form.

3. The entry fee must be paid via bank transfer to the Letecká stovka account in EUR within the specified timeframe. Cash payments and payments in other currencies are not accepted.

4. The deadline for payment—specifically, the time by which funds must be credited to the Letecká stovka account—is 7 calendar days from the date the payment information email was sent (not the date the email was opened). 5. If the entry fee is not received in the Letecká Stovka account by the specified deadline, the registration will be cancelled without further notice, and the applicant will no longer be able to register again for that same edition of the Letecká 100 and 55 event.

6. The entry fee is non-transferable; reselling it to another participant (or purchasing it from another participant) is not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the participant's disqualification from the Letecká 100 and 55 event.

Discounts based on ITRA points (ITRA performance index – GENERAL category):

Men with 700 points or more: 50% discount

Men with 800 points or more: 100% discount

Women with 550 points or more: 50% discount

Women with 650 points or more: 100% discount

​

The discount applies to the standard entry fee for the Letecká 100 (90 EUR).

ITRA discounts cannot be applied to the Letecká 55 event.

How to check your current ITRA performance index: enter your first and last name on the ITRA website; if your profile is found, click on it and look for the "New Performance Index" in the GENERAL category. Fee for overnight accommodation at the Arena Ostrov sports hall in Trenčín:

The fee for overnight accommodation at the Arena Ostrov sports hall in Trenčín is €7 per person for the event. This amount must be paid in cash at the event check-in/registration desk.

Cancellation of participation:

1. If you wish to cancel your participation in the Letecká 100 and 55, you must do so by sending an email to letecka100k@gmail.com (cancellations made verbally, via phone call, or via social media are not accepted).

2. The entry fee will be refunded—minus a cancellation fee of €25 (€15 for Letecká 55)—only if the cancellation notice for Letecká 100 and 55 was sent via email to letecka100k@gmail.com before 23:59 on February 14, 2027 (an account number must be provided to process the refund).

Requests for cancellation and partial entry fee refunds will not be accepted after February 15.
