RULES
I. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
1.) Participation in the Letecká stovka event is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (i.e., persons who have turned 18 no later than the day before the start).
2.) Participation in the Letecká stovka event is restricted to individuals who have pre-registered via the registration form, paid the participation fee in accordance with instructions sent by the organizer to the contact email address (the email provided in the registration form), and have been included in the list of registered participants with completed registration (a link to the list is available on the Letecká stovka website). Registration on-site at the event check-in or start location is not possible.
3.) The entry fee for a single participant is €90. Registered individuals will be informed about the payment method via an email sent to the address provided in the registration form after registration. Payment of the entry fee must be made via bank transfer to the Letecká stovka event account in EUR and within the specified time limit. Cash payments and payments in other currencies are not accepted.
The deadline for paying the entry fee—specifically, the time by which funds must be credited to the Letecká stovka account—is 7 calendar days from the date the email containing payment instructions is sent (not the date the email is opened). If the entry fee is not received in the Letecká stovka event account by the specified deadline, the registration will be cancelled without further notice, and the applicant will no longer be able to register again for that same edition of the Letecká stovka event.
The entry fee is non-transferable; reselling it to another participant (or purchasing it from another participant) is not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the participant's disqualification from the Letecká stovka event.
4.) Discounts based on ITRA points (ITRA Performance Index – GENERAL category):
Men with 700 points or more: 50% discount
Men with 800 points or more: 100% discount
Women with 550 points or more: 50% discount
Women with 650 points or more: 100% discount
The discount applies to the standard entry fee of €90. If you qualify for a discount based on your ITRA Performance Index (General), please check the appropriate box on the registration form. 5.) Cancellation of participation: Notification regarding the cancellation of registration for the Letecká stovka event must be sent immediately via email to letecka100k@gmail.com (cancellations communicated verbally, via telephone call, or via social media are not accepted). The entry fee will be refunded—minus a cancellation fee of €25—only if the cancellation notice was sent via email to letecka100k@gmail.com by 23:59 on February 13, 2027 (a bank account number must be provided to process the refund).
6.) The organizers of the Letecká stovka event reserve the right to refuse (reject) a registration.
7.) Participation in the Letecká stovka event is voluntary and at the participant's own risk. The organizers are not liable for damages incurred by or caused by participants.
8.) The organizers of the Letecká stovka event require every participant to hold appropriate insurance coverage for the duration of the event that specifically covers participation in the race.
9.) The organizers of the Letecká stovka event strongly recommend that all participants undergo an individual medical check-up prior to the event. 10.) The total participant limit for the Letecká stovka 2027 event is 250. Once this limit is reached, registration for a waiting list will open.
11.) Before the start in Trenčín, every participant is required to complete the check-in process (either on Friday evening or Saturday morning) at the designated location, where they will receive their race bib and any necessary instructions.
12.) Participation with a dog in the Letecká 100 race is permitted but is subject to strict rules regarding safety, hygiene, and fair play:
Mandatory notification: Participation with a dog must be reported to the organizer in advance (via email). At race check-in, the owner must present a valid vaccination record for the dog.
Safety and movement: The dog must be kept on a leash or in a canicross harness throughout the entire event (including at the start and finish lines). Allowing the dog to run free is strictly prohibited to ensure the safety of other participants and the smooth running of the race.
The owner (runner) bears full legal and financial liability for any injury or property damage caused by their dog to other participants, volunteers, or third parties.
In the event of any sign of aggressive behavior by the dog towards people or other dogs (whether at the start, finish, or on the course), the organizer reserves the right to immediately disqualify the runner and remove the dog from the event premises.
Dog care: The runner is fully responsible for the dog's nutrition and hydration. No food or special services for dogs are provided at aid stations; the runner must carry all necessary supplies for the dog themselves.
The owner bears full responsibility for the dog's health and any injuries sustained during the race. The organizer does not provide veterinary services. Hygiene rules:
Dogs are prohibited from entering the indoor areas of refreshment stations (mountain huts, cabins, municipal buildings, accommodation facilities) for hygiene reasons.
At outdoor stations, dogs must not soil the area surrounding the station or consume food directly from tables designated for runners.
Classification and points: Participation with a dog is considered a non-competitive category.
A runner with a dog will not appear in the official rankings for top finishing positions (their time will be listed at the end of the results list with the note "with a dog").
Participants with a dog will not be awarded ITRA points or points for the Slovak Ultratrail League (SUT).
III. MANDATORY PARTICIPANT EQUIPMENT

Every participant in the Letecká stovka event must carry all items of mandatory equipment for the duration of the event (i.e., from the start until the conclusion of their participation at the finish line or another point along the course).
